Lisa has been practicing massage therapy and advanced bodywork techniques for the last 14 years. She trained at Alive & Well!!!, Institute of Conscious Bodywork in San Anselmo, California. Her instructors are some of the top practitioners in the healing field. She trained with

Jocelyn Oliver, expert in the somatics (mind/body) field, and sat in on many hours of tutorials with case studies.

In addition to many modalities of bodywork and massage, Lisa also trained in Alive and Well!!'s signature bodywork -- Neuro-Muscular Re-Patterning (NMR) uses applied kinesiology to assess muscle imbalance and patterns of compensation. It is one of the most powerful therapies in bodywork and can relieve even the most chronic pain.
