This relaxation and stress-reduction technique uses positive thoughts and images to relieve pain, slow the heart rate, and stimulate the body's healing responses.

It often involves listening to music and a person's voice for the purpose of allowing imagery, symbols, and deep feelings to arise from the inner self.

Lisa has been assisting clients with Guided Imagery since 2000.  She studied Guided Imagery extensively with Marilyn Gordon in California.  In addition, she has studied the work of Psychotherapist and Guided Imagery teacher, Bellaruth Naparstek, Pioneers Dr. Bernie Siegal and
Dr. Carl Simonton, as well as numerous teachers and seminars in the field of Guided Imagery, hypnotherapy, visualization, and meditation.
